Allyson Sunderman, Hanover, MI, Professional Handler:  DSN, "Excellent for ruff-coated dogs. Will not cut coat. Novice people are notorious for cutting coat due to the conventional tools used and the methodology of using the conventional tools. The new DiamaStrippers are great for use in the kennels by the employees AND myself. They are 'the tool' for the novice AND the experienced professional. I have had NO issues with durability. These are virtually indestructible! I can do detail work also with the DiamaStripper as well as large work. I can use both sides AND right and left handed....this saves money on purchasing additional left-handed tools. AND the grip? Awesome!"

Carlos Puig, Round Lake, Illinois, Professional Handler:  DST/DSN, "Awesome Tools! The DiamaStripper with no teeth takes down coat in about 50% of the time that it normally takes....and it does this without cutting or coat breakage. The handles are extremely comfortable..reduces my hand and arm fatigue. The DiamaStripper with teeth is great for doing detailing work."

Carlos was presented 2014 "Winkie" for Handler of the Year
Carlos took Angelina Ballerina to the most winning female Dandie Dinmont Ever!

What tool did Carlos Puig use on Angelina?.....none other than the DiamaStripper!!!!

Doug Belter, Professional AKC Handler: DSN. Finally, a tool that will do 95% of all Stripping. First pull downs, flat work and finish trim on furnishings...this knife does it all. It is almost impossible to cut hair so this tool would be also great for new groomers as well.
Jean Cline, Professional Owner-Handler: Love both the DiamaStrippers!! Initially, I thought I would use only the one with the teeth but found the other one to be more efficient for heavier, coarser areas on the neck and shoulders of my Standard Schnauzer. I don't need to jerk...the stripping action is very smooth...easy on the arms/hands. Have used nothing else since I got these!

Barbara Lefever, Professional Owner Handler.  I met Ralph in 2011 when I was showing my Carin Terrier in Michigan. As an owner/handler and my first show dog my skills were not equal to the 'professional handler'. My journey stretched to a 4 year journey. I then finished my delightful talking Cairn Terrier "Dezi" under judge Peter Green. When Ralph showed the prototype to me...I said 'yes' please put me on the list. Fast forward to 2014...the tool is finally completed and available at the Columbus Dog show. A friend showed me and let me use the DiamaStripper on my Cairn Terrier....WOW! This does not cut the coat. As a first time owner-handler I need all the help I can get...LOL. Yes, the price is a little steep, but for one tool with so many angles and uses it makes it reasonable. The DiamaStripper is a replacement for perhaps 4-5 stripping knives I had purchased in the past. Right and Left hand. I bought it Friday of the show..stayed for 2-3 hours working on my Cairn Terrier "Dezi". Today (Saturday) we won Select Bitch and BOB owner-handler! VERY delighted to offer my recommendation!

Success...imonials!
I am Steve Russell from Woburn Scottish Terriers.  For more than 3 years, Ralph worked with me and noted terrier breeders and handlers to develop the DiamaStrippers.  He involved us.  He listened. He prototyped. He integrated many of our ideas into his new products.

If you are like me, you have a tack box full of grooming tools.  NONE have the precision and features of these strippers.  Let me give you some examples.  If you have ever accidentally cut hair while using strippers with cheaply made V-shaped teeth, you will appreciate the squared machined base which gathers but does not cut hair.  If you have ever fought hand fatigue and cramps while stripping many dogs, you will appreciated the ease with which the diamond plating helps you grip and rapidly remove hair.  If you have trouble holding tools that are too small, too large, too smooth etc...you will appreciate the comfortable molded soft handle.

I could go on and on about the quality details built into these tools such as blades that are matched your thumb size, beveling to the teeth, blades on opposing ends turned 90-degree for versatility, real authentic diamond plating that holds up to wear and tear, metal removed under the handles to reduce weight etc...

You'll find which DiamaStripper works best for you.  Personally, I like using the one without teeth to rough strip the over grown "yaks" and using the one with teeth to more precisely groom our show dogs.  Try this experiment and you will be sold too:  Use the DiamaStripper to pluck the edges and between eyebrows, do ear tufts, and perfectly-shaped carrot tails, and you will see for yourself why I like these strippers.

Jennifer Hecker, Professional Groomer, Owner-Handler,  DST/DSN:  I have used them several times at shows and really loved them!  Now I have both!  They have real diamonds on them to give them the grippy surface.  Who wouldn't want more diamonds!  Amazingly, I can get undercoat and topcoat out at the same time with the toothed model on my Dandies.  Usually, I strip with one and then card with the other.  This pulls out both!  I can't wait to have the other groomers where I work try them out.  They are perfect for beginner strippers as you cannot cut coat with them.  I have a whole collection of stripping knives that I don't use .  Now I have two I can use for everything.  I tried the Michelangelo pink stones and the Greyhound stripping stones but the pink stones break and the texture wears off the Greyhound.  That won't happen with my new DiamaStrippers!  Yeah! Have you tried these yet Lisa Stell Leady or Sally Hawks?
Laura King, Professional Handler, DST/DSN:  "First of all we have used several styles of strippers throughout the years.  After purchasing the DiamaStrippers these are the only strippers that we take to the shows.  These new tools do not cut or damage coat in any way.  We use both ends of both tools daily.  We purchased ours at the Columbus Oh show in November.  It is now the end of January....there is absolutely NO WEAR on the entire tool...in fact it still looks like brand new.  Durability is outstanding!  Ralph instructed me on how to clean it...it cleans very nicely and quickly.  We have dogs with issues regarding stripping...even those dogs show less discomfort when we use the DiamaStrippers.  As far as my discomfort....I can strip for several hours now...and NO BLISTERS on my hands.  The ergonomic handle is perfect.  Our overall comment on this tool?   We love it...it is outstanding!"
Eileen Hacket, Professional Handler, DST:  Hello DiamaStripper...Goodbye Blisters!  No more sore hands....and the grip?...Amazing!  Very versatile.  Blends nicely.  Plucks excessively nice!  Excellent carding tool for the sporting breeds.  Does not cut the coat...leaves the coat looking fabulous.
Jason Mcllwaine, Professional Handler, DST/DSN:  Super nice tools,  I would recommend them to anyone who hand-strips.  If you depend on hand-stripping for your living these tools are what you need.  They are AWESOME!
Karen S. Clugston, Jaren PBGV's, LaOtto, Indiana, Breeder/Owner/Handler, DST/DSN:  Ralph approached me about the DiamaStrippers as he was setting up for the Old Fort Cluster Show November 2014.  Ralph had me in an opportune moment..I said "Give me the set"!  At first I was not fond of the Strippers..they take a bit of a learning curve.  Now...March 15, 2015 they have become the "Best tools in my tack boxes,  An investment that is WELL WORTH IT!!!"
Nick Waters, Micah Waters, Jordan Waters, Ashley Waters, Cary, IL,Professional Handler, DST/DSN:    This is a GREAT stripping tool!  It's great on our Westies, Brussel Griffons, Wire Fix Terriers, and any other harsh-coated breeds!  We love the DiamaStripper! You can't do without one!  As a matter of fact we came back to Whitman's and bought two more!!!

Sonya Cornick, Australia,    I have been using the new DiamaStripper the last couple of days and I love it.  It is very easy to work with and is comfortable to hold in the hand.  I love the notched end, that's great for those hard to get to spots.  Love the packaging too!
Cathy Rogers, Breeder/Owner/Handler, Camio Norwich Terriers,   I have been using the new DiamaStripper on my Norwich Terrier GCH Camio's Educated Exemplar, "Eddie" for a little over 3 months.  As a breeder owner handler, who has been relatively successful specializing my own dog, there is no room for a shoddy job.  Using the DiamaStripper has enabled me to keep Eddie's coat in tip-top condition.  After using it for only a month, I had several professional handlers and judges comment on the excellent condition of his coat.  The best part is that is has been so much easier on my hand.  I feel confident recommending it to new people who are just learning to strip their own dogs.  It helps prevent the pulling of unsightly holes in a terrier coat.  Thanks, Ralph, for your great innovation.  My hands thank you too!!!

Tracy Szaras,Professional Handler, DST/DSN: Starr, South Carolina.  In my opinion the strippers make it easy to pull hair and shape harsh coats.  The handle grip makes it easy on my hand.  It is very comfortable to work with unlike other strippers that I have worked with.  I also love the electroplated diamond ends because it helps me grip while pulling the hair.  I can strip much longer without feeling fatigue.  My hands don't get sore.  It definitely does not cut any coat which has given me BETTER FINISHED RESULTS.    I would recommend the no-teeth model (DST) for beginners/novice...but these tools are great for the seasoned professional as well.
Christine Leitzau, Lansing, MI.   DST:  Absolutely the BEST stripping tool I have ever used.  It does not cut coat.  Great for take-downs to the skin and also for maintenance keeping the dogs in rolled coat.  I mainly use the DiamaStripper on Giant Schnauzers, Dandie Dinmont Terriers, Standard Schnauzers, and Goldens.  After using the DiamaStrippers for an extended time I have noticed that I get less curl to the coat...makes and keeps it straighter.  Keeps the density of the coat without cutting the ends.  Overall, an extremely effective invention.
Gabriel Rangel,Professional Handler, DSN: Rialto, California:  Excellent tool for pulling down coat to start new coat.  I can pull faster, not as tiring especially with the handle...it is very comfortable.  Personally, I use the long end more..my hands are large so that end fits better to me.  I have had this DiamaStripper since the beginning of November of 2014.  There is no visible or noticeable wear on the entire tool.  The diamond electroplating is maintaining and staying on the tool.   Durability is a huge concern to me.  The DiamaStripper works excellent on Airedales, Cairn Terriers, Deerhounds, German Wires....most any rough coated dog.  It is a very important tool in my collection.  I definitely would recommend this for your collection.
Kelly Hatton,Professional Handler/Hairdresser, DSN/DST: Milwaukee, WI:  This DiamaStripper has definitely saved my wrists.  I have no calluses no more.  The grip is beyond excellent.  Does not cut coat or damage skin.  Saves stripping time especially when compared to using conventional stripping tools.  I have both tools...I like the one with teeth for blending my flat work.  The non-tooth gets used for everything else.  I favor the long end at this  point.  Recommend for anyone with terriers/wire coats.  Bottom line...it saves my hands..saves time..saves the coat...WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT.
Kurt Garmaker,Professional Handler, DSN: Marietta, GA:  The DiamaStripper has impressed me by cutting my time down by at least 50%.  Time is money.  The handle is about as comfortable as it can get.  The handle has a rubbery feel...but tough enough to last. Hair does not stick to it. My hands don't get sore. This is a strong well-built tool.  I mainly specialize in mini schnauzers...It works fabulous on them.  Highly recommended!
Janet Parcel, Professional Handler, DST: Chicago, IL:  (Past President of the West Highland White Terrier Club of America),  This tool fits my very small hand.  It is extremely comfortable.  I like it to strip fine areas like neck and chest....it makes it easy.   The DiamaStripper is an extremely durable tool.  Has the ability to grip the hair VERY WELL!!  It has replaced my fine stripper.   I recommend this tool to be used by professionals...man or woman.  This tool is more versatile than it looks.  I use the back corner of the large end for single strand plucking..then I turn it over and use the large side for large areas....versatile. It does not promote discoloration of the hair on my Westies.   It is my tool of choice.
Janelle McCord, Professional Handler, Cincinnati, OH:  Best stripper ever!  I had difficulty with my mini wire-haired dachshunds's coat until I made the investment.  Now, it's all I use!  It cut the time to strip her significantly.
Lisa Pacheco, Raynham, MA, Breeder/Owner/Handler,  This DiamaStripper is AWESOME!!!   the grip is amazing I have to say.  It pulls a lot of coat out like butter.

Nina Fetter, Professional Handler/Breeder, Lima OH DST/DSN  Ralph presented the DiamaStrippers to me while I was at my setup at a show.  I was very impressed.  I stripped my entire Border down in far less time than it usually would take.  The DiamaStrippers that I have now are even more amazing than the prototype.  I bought the set in November of 2014.  They still look and perform just as well as when I first got them.  They are Durable!!  Other tools I have purchased from other companies have lost the coating.  Not the DiamaStrippers. The Grip fits my hand.  No more sore hands or blisters.  Overall, this tool saves me time.  My time is very valuable....therefore I thoroughly believe it saves my hands and money.
Phil Booth, Professional Handler, Fowlerville, MI,  DSN  I Ralph was at my booth in Chicago about 2-3 years ago.  He showed me the new prototype and had asked me what my opinion was..he also asked me what he could do to improve the design to make it more effective.  He listened.  I now have the DiamaStripper with no teeth.  I use it a lot on my Giant Schnauzers.  It is extremely effective.  It strips down these guys with ease and it is quick.  The handle is extraordinary.  No other tool I own has the comfort of this.  Ralph hit the mark on this one.
Don and Liz Holle Powell, Professional Handler, South Carolina,  DSN/DST Fabulous Tool.  It is Awesome!!  Best tool you can buy for the money.  Does not break or cut any hair.  Great for beginners and professionals
Julie Parker, Professional Handler, DSN/DST, Ralph took my picture.  I said that I love the DiamaStrippers...and I will elaborate further on what I want to say later...so...TBA.
Julie Holle, Wisconsin, DSN/DST I like how it fits comfortably in my hand.  It is very easy to hang on to.  Bought one for my daughter Liz Holle and ended up keeping it for myself...sorry Liz.  I took this home and compared it to the other brands...I kept going back to the DiamaStripper every time.
Lin Hartnett, Rolling Meadows, IL, DST, I have stripped on my Airedale several times in the past and I have noticed much discomfort in the dog.  I purchased the DiamaStripper at the Louisville, Ky show. this last month.  I was skeptical regarding the tool.  Needless to say I was quite impressed.  For the first time my Airedale did not show any discomfort.  She was very relaxed during the grooming.  I also was pleased due to the fact that my elbow in which I had surgery on recently was not bothered by the DiamaStripper stripping procedure.  I am truly amazed and pleased with the investment in the DiamaStripper.  I thank you and my dog thanks you!
Carol Beagle, DST/DSN,  The best stripping knives I have ever had.  I presently have about 50 of the conventional knives.

Billy Huntington, , DSN My new DiamaStripper instantly helped me finish a Bouvier and get her championship as well as putting a major on a clients new miniature schnauzer puppy.  It saves my time and puts the best finish on any coat I've tested.
Michel De Gyves, DeGHALL Scottish Terriers, Howell, MI DSN/DST.   "The DiamaStrippers Tools that are designed and manufactured by Mr. Whitman are an excellent set of stripping knives for ruff-coated dogs.  It is a tool that will not cut the coat. The new DiamaStrippers can be used on both sides and its design is perfect for right and left handed groomers.  I could go on and on about the quality details built into these tools such as the magnificent blades that are matched for your thumb size, Mr. Whitman has considered every detail, the beveling to the teeth, the blades on opposing ends turned ninety degrees for perfect versatility, the manufacturing using real authentic diamond electroplating will hold up to excessive wear and tear, metal removed under the handles to reduce weight.  Since I've started using them, I have accomplished better results while grooming my Scottish Terriers,  The results are magnificent and tools have been a key element for winning Best in Show at the Terrier Club of Michigan and Best of Specialty at the Scottish Terrier Club of Canada 2015 National Specialty.  I highly recommend this long awaited tool to any novice and professional groomer"

Fernando Salas, Fernwood Professional Handling, Grooming, and Breeding, Oakland, NJ  DSN.  "Detail work that this does and the removal of dead hairs allows visible pigment of the hair.  With my old strippers my hands become tired and sensative after hours of grooming....Yet with the grip design on the DiamaStripper I can continue to work past the normal stopping point.  When I work on Isaac, the number #6 Airedale in the USA,  this DiamaStripper makes my job easy.  The DiamaStripper cleans up easy as well.
Liz Kody, Professional Groomer , DSN/DST.  Thanks to your kindness and your AMAZING Stripping knives.  Turbo and I were able to excel.  Thank you for all you do with gratitude.

Alan Hargrave, Owner/handler Lyrical Border Terriers and Russell Terriers.  "A tool that has helped save my hand and arm.  The DiamaStripper is comfortable to hold and speeds up the grooming process.  The design is made for those of us who need to hand strip our dogs.  The added advantage is that it saves considerable room in the tack box, eliminating the need for additional tools.  I really appreciate that is does not cut coat.  It makes grooming those hard to reach places much easier."
